Today we sit down with Rebecca and Gabriella - two inspiring young professionals who both had difficult starts at school and college but proceeding to have successful careers in the the Financial Services Industry. Rebecca ex-Operations Analyst at Man Group Asset Management, started off as an Apprenticeship Programme and went on to become part of the firm's London Diversity & Inclusion Working Group. She was also a member of the firm’s Black Employees and Allies at Man (BEAM) network for Black professionals, and a founding member of the firm’s NextGen network for early career professionals.
