On this Election Special Episode, Faith in the City sits down with 23 Year old Jayde Edwards Advocate for Social Change and Political Activist Jayde Edwards. Jayde is the youngest female conservative councillor to ever stand in Croydon and was recognised for running one of the largest youth led political campaign with over 250 young people under the age of 25 was in attendance in 2019. • Featured in various news outlets such as Financial Times, BBC News, Channel 4, ITV, BBC Womens Hour • Has influenced and educated hundreds of young people across the UK on the importance of using their voice to create social change. • Passionate about education and creating changes on what children and young people are taught in schools such as focusing on educating students on how to navigate through society and to develop more creative subjects for children and young people.
